Transformer oil filter
It is suitable for the on-site maintenance of transformers in large substations above 110KV and the deep purification treatment of new oil, imported oil, transformer oil, ultra-high voltage transformer oil and other oil products.
According to the material and structure of the filter element, oil filters can be divided into mesh type, line gap type, paper filter element type, sintered type oil filter and magnetic oil filter. According to the different positions of the oil filter, it can be divided into suction filter type, filter press type and oil return type filter. Considering the self-priming performance of the pump, the oil suction filter is mostly a coarse filter.
When starting the oil filter, the pump cannot be reversed to prevent the suction pump shaft seal from bursting and sucking air.
Oil filter is a general term. In the process of filtration and purification, the plate and frame oil filter plays the role of filtration, dehydration, degassing and regeneration. The filtered oil meets the equipment use standards and improves the smoothness of the oil. When using the oil filter, you should also understand the usage of the oil filter. During the use of the oil filter, the filter element and filter paper of the oil filter will fail because the oil is too dirty. Therefore, the filter element and filter paper must be replaced every once in a while to ensure its normal operation.
Vacuum oil filter is widely used in chemical industry, power plants, substations and other fields. It can be used for the purification of turbine oil and transformer oil; the removal of water and impurity filtration of hydraulic lubricating oil; the cleanliness of hydraulic lubrication system is improved; the regeneration and purification of various oils can achieve the effects of dehydration, degassing, removal of mechanical impurities, acid removal, decolorization and improvement of insulation strength.

The polymer separator is mainly designed for liquid-liquid separation and includes two types of filter elements, namely, a polymer filter element and a separation filter element. For example, in an oil water removal system, the oil flows into a polymer separator and passes through a polymer filter element, which filters solid impurities and collects small water droplets into large water droplets.
