Use:

Filter harmful components such as moisture, impurities and volatiles (such as ammonia) in the oil to ensure the normal operation of the hydraulic system, power system and lubrication system.

Use and maintenance:
1. When starting, pay attention not to reverse the pump, causing the oil pump shaft seal to blow out and cause air intake.
2. During the use of the oil filter truck, the oil pump may inhale air and affect the flow of the oil pump. In order to ensure the flow and the normal operation of the filter element, the exhaust valve should be opened in time.
3. After the oil filter truck is used for a period of time, the coarse filter surface is blocked by pollutants, which makes the oil suction not smooth and causes the oil pump noise to be too large. Therefore, the filter element should be stopped for cleaning.
After the fine filter element is used for a period of time, it is blocked by pollutants, causing the pressure of the filter cartridge to rise. When it reaches 0.4Mpa, the fine filter element should be replaced in time.
5. When the filter pressure suddenly drops, check whether the fine filter element is broken down.
