The coalescence separation filter element is used for oil-water separation system, mainly separating oil-water mixture, suspension solution, emulsion, etc. The use process of coalescence separation filter element in the system is divided:

Solid-liquid separation-demulsification-coalescence-separation-adsorption. In the system, the larger the number ratio of the coalescence filter element and the separation filter element, the better the coalescence effect and the faster the separation speed. At present, two kinds of water treatment filter elements have been standardized.

The coalescing filter element has the dual functions of filtering impurities and coalescing water from aviation kerosene, and is an important functional element of the fine filter.

After the cleaned oil is collected by the filter element tray, the polymer separator flows out of the outlet pipe. As the amount of oil processed increases, the contaminants deposited on the filter element will cause an increase in the polymer pressure difference. When the differential pressure rises to 0.15mpa, it indicates that the polymer filter element is blocked and should be replaced.

The oil flows into the primary tray from the oil inlet of the polymer separator, and then is distributed to the inside of the primary filter element. After the process of filtration, demulsification, water molecule growth and polymerization, impurities are trapped in the primary filter element, the polymerized beads settle in the precipitation tank, and the oil enters the secondary filter element from the outside to the inside, and accumulates in the secondary tray. Outflow from the polymer separator outlet. The material of the secondary filter element is hydrophobic, the oil can pass smoothly, and the free water is blocked outside the filter element, flows into the sedimentation tank, and is discharged through the discharge valve.
