The oil used in the energy conversion mechanism in the turbine technology plays the role of lubrication and heat dissipation. In the production working environment, water leakage, air leakage and gas leakage often occur due to aging or poor sealing of the unit, resulting in oil emulsification and acid rise. The deterioration of turbine oil may cause cylinder deformation, friction between dynamic and static parts of the unit, sharp increase in vibration, and serious accidents such as shaft bending and rotor blade fracture.
